As the pace of change in the not-for-profit sector increases, the funding equation alters and the need for new solutions to tackle complex social issues grows, we need to be more focused on the impact we are having.
The Impact-Led Design Masterclass draws on over 20 years experience of designing innovative approaches to social change and will provide you with cutting edge theory and practice on how to integrate impact into the core of what you do. Moving beyond measurement, impact-led design assists the not-for-profit sector to solve problems, develop innovative approaches, improve outcomes and become more future ready.

Kevin has over 25 year’s experience in social innovation, social enterprise development, community development, and impact measurement. He joined Think Impact in April 2017. He was previously the CEO of United Way Australia where he led the organisation through the development of an impact-led strategic plan. Prior to that he was the Executive Director with Social Ventures Australia (SVA) for seven years. At SVA, Kevin was responsible for leading their social innovation work, social enterprise development and managing their venture portfolio. Kevin’s specialist area of expertise is around innovative approaches to creating employment. Kevin is from the UK where he has held senior management roles in a range of organisations focused on community development. This included seven years as Chief Executive of Forth Sector, one of Scotland’s leading social enterprises, which created jobs for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. Kevin has also been on secondment as a special adviser to the UK Government Cabinet Office, focused on designing and developing their approach to impact measurement and advising on the role of social enterprise in employment creation.
